Furnished room all utilities plus cable and wireless internet in Westpoint. This is for RESPONSIBLE female only. Last tenant came here long enough to get me to fill out Welfare forms then left. I am looking for longterm and responsible simply because I am only here in the evenings and away most of the winter.
Cost$500.00/month and $250.00 security deposit
